Respect

Respect is a fundamental part of Shotokan Karate.

Before and after each session we bow to the Sensei and each other. We also bow before we spar to show respect.

Fitness

Training Shotokan Karate is great for fitness.

Your endurance, balance, flexibility and overall strength will all improve.

Karate is a full body workout.
